Product Engineering
One team from first sketch to production traffic — and still there when the traffic arrives.

Trusted by startups & founders globally
Vettel Technologies
helps startups, scale-ups and enterprise teams turn product ideas into systems that ship, and keep shipping.
The Process
Six stages, each one stacking onto the last. Scroll to walk it.
Two weeks pinning down the problem, the user, and the one number that says it worked.
Scope cut to the smallest thing that proves the idea, with everything else sequenced behind it.
Screens drawn against real data and real edge cases — empty, loading, failed and far too long.
Two-week cycles, a Friday demo, and a production deploy at the end of every one.
Staged rollout, automated checks, and a rollback path someone has actually tested.
Runbooks, dashboards and paired sessions until your team runs it without calling us.
What We Build
Six shapes of product this service ships most often.
Custom Software
Systems built around how your business actually works, rather than bent to fit someone else’s product.
SaaS Platforms
Multi-tenant products with auth, billing, roles and audit trails in place before feature one.
Mobile Apps
iOS and Android from a single codebase, without either platform feeling like an afterthought.
CRM & ERP Systems
Pipeline, inventory and finance workflows fitted to your process and wired into what you already run.
Integrations & APIs
Versioned, documented APIs and connectors your partners and internal teams can build against.
Modernization
Legacy systems retired incrementally, shipping value long before the old one is switched off.
The Outcomes
Measured the way you already measure the business.
First Deploy
3 wks
Median time from kickoff to something running in your production environment.
Clean Releases
92%
Deploys that ship without a rollback, across every engagement last year.
In Production
40+
Products we have taken from a first conversation to real users.
Uptime
99.9%
Median availability across systems we built and still support.
Who This Is For
The same pod, pointed at three very different problems.
Startups
01You need a product in market, not a department. One pod covers strategy, design and engineering, so you are not hiring four roles before you have a customer.
A first version in front of paying users
Scope cut to what proves the idea
No hiring cycle to absorb first
Scale Ups
02Whatever you built to reach product-market fit is now the constraint. We harden it while your team keeps shipping, instead of freezing the roadmap for a rewrite.
Incremental migration off brittle systems
Reliability work without a feature freeze
Extra delivery capacity for a crunch
Enterprise
03Procurement, security review, and a team already carrying a backlog. We work inside your standards and your repositories, with one named owner accountable throughout.
Your standards, tooling and review gates
DPAs, NDAs and least-privilege access
Reporting your governance can accept
Industries We Build For
The same engineering pod, tuned to the constraints of your field. Hover to explore.
01Finance
Ledger-accurate platforms with audit trails, reconciliation and permissions designed in from day one.
02Healthcare
Patient portals and clinical tooling built inside the compliance boundary, not retrofitted to it later.
03Hospitality
Booking, property and guest systems that stay fast through the peak-season traffic spike.
04Logistics
Dispatch, tracking and inventory tooling that survives contact with the warehouse floor.
05Real Estate
Listing platforms and deal workflows that keep agents, buyers and documents in one system.
Proof, In Production
Systems this service shipped, and what they returned.
The Vettel Advantage
The way the team is built shows up in the way it ships.
Experts ready to start with your project.
We are not blind coders or feature makers. We focus on the right product for the right people.
One team, end to end
Strategy, design and engineering together, nothing lost in handoffs.
Live in weeks, not quarters
03An agile pod is scoped, staffed and deploying to production within 2–3 weeks of kickoff.
Well-defined standards
04Every client gets the same service standards: review gates, CI checks and a written definition of done.
90%
of our developers are senior-level.
Tools & Technologies We Use
See how AI automation transformed performance and accelerated growth across industries.
Web & Mobile
Interfaces people actually use.
Backend & Cloud
The engine under the product.
AI & Data
Models wired into real workflows.
DevOps & Integrations
Ship it, then keep it fast.
Testimonials
From the people who owned the budget, the roadmap and the on-call rota.

“They understood how real estate actually sells here. What they built brings us enquiries we can act on the same day, not leads that go cold in a spreadsheet.”
Jay Sharma
Partner, Bhoomi Reality

“Vettel took us from a deck to a live payments platform in one quarter. We walked into investor meetings demoing a real product — and closed our pre-seed with it.”
Phil Galina
Founder & CEO, OzuraPay

“Our clients now arrive at review calls knowing their goals and their numbers. The platform does the explaining, so we spend the time actually advising.”
Dr. Sanjiv Mehta
Director, eFinance Doctor
FAQs
The questions that come up on almost every scoping call.
It’s the right time. The first phase is framing work — turning an idea into a scoped, sequenced plan. Arriving with a finished spec usually means the important trade-offs were decided without an engineer in the room.
Yes, and most of our work is exactly that. We start with an audit, stabilise whatever is brittle, then ship improvements incrementally. A full rewrite is a last resort, never the opening move.
You do, from the first commit. We work in your repositories under your licence, and everything ships with the documentation needed to run it without us in the room.
Fixed price for the framing phase so you can judge us cheaply, then a flat monthly rate for the build. We don’t bill hourly — it pays us to be slow, and you shouldn’t have to audit a timesheet to trust the work.
We hand over on purpose: runbooks, architecture notes, dashboards and paired sessions until your team is comfortable. Some clients keep us on for escalations; most find they don’t need to.
The pod that scopes your build is the pod that ships it — senior engineers and a designer, with no handoff to a bench you never met.
A working demo every Friday and a production deploy at the end of each two-week cycle. A week with nothing you can click is treated as a red flag.
A deliberately small set — React, Node, Python and AWS — chosen so your team can hire for it and run it long after handover.
Yes. We audit what exists, keep what holds up, and sequence the rest — most rescues ship something usable within the first cycle.
Scope is re-cut at every cycle boundary rather than renegotiated in a contract. You redirect the pod; the invoice shape stays the same.
