Hospitality
Booking, front-desk and guest systems that stay fast on peak night — and feel effortless to the guest.

Trusted by startups & founders globally
Vettel Technologies
builds for hospitality — where the software works the front desk so your people can work the room.
The Process
The same six stages, run at hospitality pace. Scroll to walk it.
Two weeks pinning down the problem, the guest, and the number the GM watches.
Scope cut to the smallest thing that proves the idea, with everything else sequenced behind it.
Screens drawn against real data and real edge cases — empty, loading, failed and far too long.
Two-week cycles, a Friday demo, and a production deploy at the end of every one.
Staged rollout, automated checks, and a rollback path someone has actually tested.
Runbooks, dashboards and paired sessions until your team runs it without calling us.
What We Build In Hospitality
Six shapes of system great stays run on.
Booking Engines
Direct booking flows that hold up on sale day and convert without a call to the front desk.
Property Management Systems
Front desk, housekeeping and rates in one system the night audit can trust.
Guest Apps & Mobile Keys
Check-in, room key and requests on the guest’s phone, with no queue at reception.
Channel & Rate Management
OTAs, GDS and your own engine on one rate calendar, without oversells.
Revenue Dashboards
Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR live from the PMS, not last week’s export.
Loyalty & Guest CRM
Profiles, stays and preferences in one place: recognition that survives a rebrand.
The Outcomes
Measured the way your GM measures.

Median booking-flow lift across hotel engagements to date.
Availability

Where We Plug In
Three corners of hospitality, three different constraints.
Inside The Boundary
The rules that make peak season boring, in the best way.
Always in your stack
Non-negotiable, on every hospitality engagement.
An immutable trail on every rate and refund change.
Least-privilege access, reviewed on a schedule.
PCI DSS handled at the payment edge, end to end.
Load-tested against your busiest night, not the average.
Never in your stack
The shortcuts that fail on New Year’s Eve.
Card data on developer laptops.
Unlogged manual fixes in the database.
Shadow integrations wired around the PMS.
Subprocessors you never signed off on.
Proof, In Production
Guest systems this team shipped, and what they returned.
The Vettel Advantage
The way the team is built shows up in the way it ships.

Testimonials
From the people who owned the budget, the peak calendar and the on-call rota.

“They understood how real estate actually sells here. What they built brings us enquiries we can act on the same day, not leads that go cold in a spreadsheet.”
Jay Sharma
Partner, Bhoomi Reality

“Vettel took us from a deck to a live payments platform in one quarter. We walked into investor meetings demoing a real product — and closed our pre-seed with it.”
Phil Galina
Founder & CEO, OzuraPay

“Our clients now arrive at review calls knowing their goals and their numbers. The platform does the explaining, so we spend the time actually advising.”

Director, eFinance Doctor
FAQs
The questions hospitality teams ask on the first scoping call.
Yes. We build against a staging property with synthetic bookings; anything touching live systems ships behind flags, off-peak, with a tested rollback. The front desk never becomes our test lab.
That is the starting point, not an accommodation. PCI DSS, GDPR and local guest-data rules are folded into definition, so payments and privacy are signed off before the build — not after it.
You do. Profiles, stays and preferences live in your systems under your keys. We never become a dependency for knowing your own guests.
Yes. Most hospitality engagements run inside the client’s own cloud accounts or alongside the property’s existing infrastructure. We adapt to your network boundary rather than asking you to open it.
We arrive with the paperwork ready — DPAs, insurance certificates, subprocessor list and pen-test summaries. Most reviews close in days rather than months.
It is inside the first three weeks, not after them. Controls ship with the first deploy — which is exactly why the first deploy can go to production.
That is most of the job. We have wired into the major PMS platforms, channel managers, OTAs and payment gateways — always behind versioned contracts your team can hold onto.
Every cutover runs dark first — old and new in parallel, differences reconciled — and every step has a tested rollback. “Wrong” means falling back cleanly, not going down.
Fixed price for the framing phase, then a flat monthly rate for the build. We don’t bill hourly — it pays us to be slow, and you shouldn’t have to audit a timesheet to trust the work.
As long as it is useful. Most hospitality clients keep us on for the systems we run; the full handover — runbooks, dashboards, paired sessions — is always on the table.
