Trusted by startups & founders globally

Vettel Technologies builds working agents for startups, scale-ups and enterprise teams — taking real work off real teams, safely, in production.

The Process

Six stages, each one stacking onto the last. Scroll to walk it.

01
Discovery

Two weeks tracing one workflow end to end, and defining what a correct outcome is.

02
Eval Set

Your real past cases graded into a test set, so accuracy is a number, not a claim.

03
Shadow

The agent drafts beside your team on live volume — never acting, always graded.

04
Supervise

The agent starts acting, with a human approving risky steps and every action logged.

05
Autonomy

Approval thresholds widen as the numbers hold — and dial back in one click.

06
Handover

Prompts, evals and dashboards handed to the team that owns the workflow.

What We Build

Six shapes of agent this service ships most often.

Support & Service Agents

Agents that resolve tickets end to end: reading context, drafting replies, and escalating the judgement calls.

Document Processing

Intake, extraction and triage for the PDFs, claims and contracts your team reads by hand today.

Ops Automation

Reconciliation, scheduling and order flows that run themselves, with a human on the exceptions.

Sales & CRM Agents

Lead research, scoring and follow-up drafted by agents inside the CRM you already run.

Internal Copilots

Assistants grounded in your data and permissions, answering the questions your wiki cannot.

Voice & Chat Agents

Customer-facing agents that hold the conversation, book the job, and know when to hand off.

The Outcomes

Measured the way you already measure the business.

First Agent Live

4 wks

Median time from kickoff to an agent drafting real work in shadow mode.

Handled End-To-End

74%

Median share of workflow volume completed without a human touch.

Agents In Production

25+

Agents we have taken from a first conversation to live volume.

Actions Logged

100%

Every agent action attributable, auditable and reversible.

Who This Is For

The same pod, pointed at three very different problems.

Startups

01

You need leverage, not headcount. One agent on your highest-volume workflow buys back the hours your small team loses to ops every week.

One workflow automated end to end

Accuracy measured before any autonomy

No ops hires to absorb first

Scale Ups

02

Volume is growing faster than the team. Agents absorb the repetitive load — intake, triage, follow-up — while your people keep the judgement calls.

Repetitive load moved off the team

Autonomy widened as accuracy holds

Headroom without a hiring round

Enterprise

03

Procurement, security review, and real compliance stakes. Agents run in your tenancy, inside your permissions, with one named owner accountable throughout.

Your standards, tooling and review gates

DPAs, NDAs and least-privilege access

A kill switch your ops team controls

Finance
01

Finance

Reconciliation and KYC agents with every action logged to a trail your auditor can actually read.

Healthcare
02

Healthcare

Intake and claims agents working inside the compliance boundary, with a human on every clinical call.

Hospitality
03

Hospitality

Guest-messaging and booking agents that absorb the peak-season volume your front desk cannot.

Logistics
04

Logistics

Quote, dispatch and exception agents that keep freight moving overnight without waking anyone.

Real Estate
05

Real Estate

Lead-qualification and document agents that keep deals moving between viewings.

Proof, In Production

Systems this service shipped, and what they returned.

A support agent that resolved routine cases and explained every action

An evaluated, permission-bounded agent handled tier-one support while sensitive replies and account actions stayed with people.

71%

resolved end-to-end

63%

faster first response

An operations agent that turned documents into reviewed decisions

A human-in-the-loop agent extracted, checked, and prepared high-volume cases while operations retained final approval.

54%

less handling time

92%

straight-through preparation

The Vettel Advantage

The way the team is built shows up in the way it ships.

30+
01

Experts ready to start with your project.

We are not blind coders or feature makers. We focus on the right product for the right people.

02

One team, end to end

Strategy, design and engineering together, nothing lost in handoffs.

Live in weeks, not quarters

03

An agile pod is scoped, staffed and deploying to production within 2–3 weeks of kickoff.

Well-defined standards

04

Every client gets the same service standards: review gates, CI checks and a written definition of done.

05

90%

of our developers are senior-level.

Testimonials

From the people who owned the budget, the roadmap and the on-call rota.

Bhoomi Reality logo

“They understood how real estate actually sells here. What they built brings us enquiries we can act on the same day, not leads that go cold in a spreadsheet.”

Partner, Bhoomi Reality

OzuraPay logo

“Vettel took us from a deck to a live payments platform in one quarter. We walked into investor meetings demoing a real product — and closed our pre-seed with it.”

Phil Galina

Founder & CEO, OzuraPay

eFinance Doctor logo

“Our clients now arrive at review calls knowing their goals and their numbers. The platform does the explaining, so we spend the time actually advising.”

FAQs

The questions that come up on almost every scoping call.

It’s the right time. The first phase is framing — picking the one workflow where an agent pays for itself fastest, and writing down what a correct outcome means. That definition matters more than the model.

Yes — that is the point. Agents connect through typed, permissioned tools into the CRM, ticketing and databases you already run. Nothing gets replaced to make room for them.

You do, from the first commit. Prompts, evals, orchestration and dashboards live in your repositories under your licence — and the model API keys are yours from day one.

Fixed price for the pilot so you can judge us cheaply, then a flat monthly rate for build cycles. We don’t bill hourly — it pays us to be slow, and you shouldn’t have to audit a timesheet to trust the work.

We hand over on purpose: runbooks, eval suites, dashboards and paired sessions until the people who own the workflow can retune it themselves. Most keep a small oversight retainer for the first six months.

The pod that scopes your agent is the pod that ships it — senior engineers who have run agents on production volume, with no handoff to a bench you never met.

A demo every Friday and a written accuracy report every week from shadow mode onward. A week without a number you can check is treated as a red flag.

Whichever scores best on your eval set — that is the point of having one. The orchestration layer owns the model interface, so swapping providers is a config change, not a rebuild.

It will, occasionally. Every action is logged and reversible, risky steps queue for human approval, and each miss is graded into the eval set so the same mistake does not ship twice.

Scope is re-cut at every cycle boundary rather than renegotiated in a contract. You redirect the pod; the invoice shape stays the same.
