Vettel Technologies builds for logistics — where the software knows where everything is before the customer has to ask.

The Process

The same six stages, run at operational pace. Scroll to walk it.

01
Discovery

Two weeks pinning down the problem, the route, and the number the ops floor watches.

02
Definition

Scope cut to the smallest thing that proves the idea, with everything else sequenced behind it.

03
Design

Screens drawn against real data and real edge cases — empty, loading, failed and far too long.

04
Build

Two-week cycles, a Friday demo, and a production deploy at the end of every one.

05
Launch

Staged rollout, automated checks, and a rollback path someone has actually tested.

06
Handover

Runbooks, dashboards and paired sessions until your team runs it without calling us.

What We Build In Logistics

Six shapes of system freight moves on.

Dispatch & Fleet Management

Loads, drivers and routes on one board, where an idle truck surfaces before it costs money.

Shipment Tracking Portals

Live tracking your customers check themselves, fed by carriers, EDI and telematics.

Warehouse Management

Bin-level inventory, wave picking and cycle counts that match what is actually on the shelf.

Carrier & EDI Integrations

Carriers, EDI networks and telematics behind versioned contracts your team can hold onto.

Driver Apps

Stops, scans and proof of delivery that keep working when the dock has no signal.

Exception Dashboards

Delays, damages and detention surfaced the hour they happen, not on the weekly call.

The Outcomes

Measured the way your ops director measures.

On-Time Delivery

+18%

Median on-time-delivery lift across logistics engagements to date.

Availability

99.95%

Median across the freight systems we built and still run — peak week included.

First Deploy

3 wks

To production — security review included, not bolted on after.

In Production

11+

Freight systems live across carriers, 3PLs and shippers.

Where We Plug In

Three corners of the supply chain, three different constraints.

Inside The Boundary

The rules that make peak week boring, in the best way.

Always in your stack

Non-negotiable, on every logistics engagement.

An immutable trail on every scan, handoff and exception.

Least-privilege access, reviewed on a schedule.

Offline-first in the field — the dock has no Wi-Fi.

Load-tested against peak week, not the average Tuesday.

Never in your stack

The shortcuts that fail during peak week.

Customer manifests on developer laptops.

Unlogged manual fixes in the database.

Shadow integrations wired around the TMS.

Subprocessors you never signed off on.

Proof, In Production

Freight systems this team shipped, and what they returned.

Live shipment visibility across carriers, devices, and facilities

A normalized event platform replaced contradictory tracking screens with credible ETAs and action-oriented exceptions.

64%

fewer status calls

22%

better ETA accuracy

Britna fleet and booking management dashboard

Britna: bookings, jobs, fleet, and invoices on one dashboard

A UK logistics operator replaced spreadsheets, whiteboards, and radio calls with one operations platform that runs booking to invoice.

The Vettel Advantage

The way the team is built shows up in the way it ships.

02

One team, end to end

Strategy, design and engineering together, nothing lost in handoffs.

Live in weeks, not quarters

03

An agile pod is scoped, staffed and deploying to production within 2–3 weeks of kickoff.

Well-defined standards

04

Every client gets the same service standards: review gates, CI checks and a written definition of done.

Testimonials

From the people who owned the budget, the delivery windows and the on-call rota.

“They understood how real estate actually sells here. What they built brings us enquiries we can act on the same day, not leads that go cold in a spreadsheet.”

“Vettel took us from a deck to a live payments platform in one quarter. We walked into investor meetings demoing a real product — and closed our pre-seed with it.”

“Our clients now arrive at review calls knowing their goals and their numbers. The platform does the explaining, so we spend the time actually advising.”

FAQs

The questions logistics teams ask on the first scoping call.

Yes. We build against a staging network with synthetic loads; anything touching live systems ships behind flags, off-shift, with a tested rollback. Your dock never becomes our test lab.

That is the starting point, not an accommodation. Customs, dangerous-goods and customer-data rules are folded into definition, so compliance signs off before the build — not after it.

You do. Manifests, telemetry and history live in your systems under your keys. We never become a dependency for knowing where your own freight is.

Yes. Most logistics engagements run inside the client’s own cloud accounts or alongside existing systems at the site. We adapt to your network boundary rather than asking you to open it.

We arrive with the paperwork ready — DPAs, insurance certificates, subprocessor list and pen-test summaries. Most reviews close in days rather than months.

It is inside the first three weeks, not after them. Controls ship with the first deploy — which is exactly why the first deploy can go to production.

That is most of the job. We have wired into the major TMS platforms, EDI networks, telematics providers and customs systems — always behind versioned contracts your team can hold onto.

Every cutover runs dark first — old and new in parallel, differences reconciled — and every step has a tested rollback. “Wrong” means falling back cleanly, not going down.

Fixed price for the framing phase, then a flat monthly rate for the build. We don’t bill hourly — it pays us to be slow, and you shouldn’t have to audit a timesheet to trust the work.

As long as it is useful. Most logistics clients keep us on for the systems we run; the full handover — runbooks, dashboards, paired sessions — is always on the table.
